Bryce Buckley of Camanche and Payton Thompson from Monmouth-Roseville top this week’s Quad-City Times and Dispatch/Argus poll of the top high school football performances in the area. Buckley, a 6-3, 175-pound senior quarterback, threw for 240 yards and three touchdowns in Camanche’s 33-6 win over Northeast. Buckley completed 73% of his passes in the win, going 16-for-22. He received nearly 300 votes in online voting to top the Iowa poll. Muscatine junior running back Ty Cozad placed second after galloping for 208 yards on 27 carries in a victory over previously undefeated Dubuque Hempstead. Cozad also had four TD runs.…
