10 richest California HS football stars based on NIL in 2023

No. 1 – Julian Sayin

Carlsbad High School quarterback Julian Sayin has a NIL valuation of $807,000. He’s the only high school player in California with a valuation of more than half a million dollars. Additionally, he is the only one who makes On3’s national NIL 100 list.

He is a big target for brand deals as the No. 2 QB prospect in the country by 247 Sports Composite (Class of 2024). Sayin has thrown 65 touchdowns and only nine interceptions during his first three years as the starter. In the first five games of his senior season thus far, he passed for 1,031 yards and 13 touchdowns.

The QB is in the right spot for NIL as an Alabama commit. Many can recall that Bryce Young finished his career with a NIL valuation of $3.5 million

“For me personally, I feel like I don’t have to look at that (NIL) too much,” Sayin told Dawg Nation. “It is just about finding the best fit and the best program. If you play well at the program you want to be at, then eventually the money is going to come. Everyone’s goal is to get to the NFL and that’s where the big money is.”
