Ranking the 10 greatest Minnesota Vikings of all time

3. Cris Carter, WR (1990-2001)

Although he began his career with the Philadelphia Eagles and ended it with the Miami Dolphins, Carter’s best years (1990-2001) were with the Vikings. During his time in Minnesota, Carter set a team record for most games played (188) and started (177) by a wide receiver. He also holds the Vikings record for catches (1,104), receiving touchdowns (110), receiving yards (12,383), and most 100-yard receiving games (40). Carter also played in eight straight Pro Bowls (1993-2000). He was named to the NFL’s team of the decade for the 1990s and inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2013.
