Rushing Makes Career-High in Saves in Loss to Miners
Bolivar, Mo. – The SBU Women’s Soccer team traveled to Rolla, Mo. to play the Missouri S&T Miners. The Bearcats would fall to the Miners, 0-3, making their record 2-5-1 (0-3 GLVC) on the season. The Bearcats were able to keep the game close in the first half as sophomore Cassandra Rushing would start in goal for the Bearcats. Rushing would also end up securing a career-high in saves with 8 against the Miners.
