BRIDGEPORT SPOILS HOME OPENER IN FOUR SETS OVER THE BEARS
BLOOMFIELD, NJ – The volleyball team played their home opener on Saturday afternoon and fell to the University of Bridgeport (10-2, 3-0 CACC) in four sets. The Bears came out strong with a, 25-21 win in Set 1 but the visitors responded with three straight sets of, 25-9, 25-20 and 25-21 to take the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) match. Bloomfield (0-4, 0-3 CACC) saw good play from outside hitter, Nathaly Flores who led the team with 11 kills.
