MIDDLETOWN, Conn. – The Trinity College women’s golf team competed in singles and doubles action at the ITA Regional Championships at Wesleyan University Friday and Saturday. In singles action, senior Josephine Kimball defeated Springfield College’s Gabby Heaney-Secord (6-2, 6-0), but then fell to Rachel Cranley of Tufts, 6-3 & 7-5, in the second round. Junior Ella Baker (Gladstone, N.J.) took down Babson’s Mariana Campos in the opening round, but then fell to Charlotte McCann of Middlebury in the round of 32.
