Women’s XC runs through the rain at Lock Haven Invitational

(Sept. 23) – Despite heavy rains hammering the course, the Waynesburg University women’s cross country team competed in Saturday’s 22nd annual Lock Haven Invitational. The Yellow Jackets completed in the 6K White Race and placed ninth out of 17 teams. Waynesburg was led by sophomore Reagan Pettis (West Springfield, Pa. / Northwestern), who crossed the finish line with a team-best 18th-place finish thanks to a time of 24:17.7.
