Yellowjackets Close Out Play at UW-La Crosse Invitational

By: Jon Garver, Director of Athletic Communications ONALASKA, Wis. – The Yellowjacket women’s golf team closed out play Sunday at the UW-La Crosse Fall Invitational, hosted by the Eagles at The Golf Club at Cedar Creek. The Yellowjackets, who because of injury and illness only had three golfers competing, did not score as a team in the event. UW-La Crosse ran away from the field this weekend, with their “A” team winning with a two-day score of 626, putting them 22 strokes clear of the second place team, the UW-La Crosse “B” team.
