Little Rock Catholic quarterback Jackson England and Conner Horne’s touchdown pass was voted SBLive’s Arkansas High School Football Play of the Week for Week 3. England and Horne connected on a long scoring strike in a 49-42 loss to Benton. That play garnered 141 votes (58.6%).
