ALBANY, Ga.- The Savannah State women’s volleyball team won a trio of matches at the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Crossover which was held September 22-23 on the campus of Albany State. On the first day of action, the Lady Tigers won their opening match over Lane (3-2) before falling in the next two matches to Central State (1-3) and Spring Hill (0-3). In the win over Lane, SSU had victories of 30-28, 24-26, 18-25, 27-25, 15-10. Allena Norton had 17 kills, Jessee Grubesic had 30 assists and Kloe Ludy had 26 digs.
