10 NBA players likely to be traded next after Lillard deal
James Harden, G, Philadelphia 76ers
The most public player that seems destined for a new team is Harden. The guard has not minced words about his displeasure with the Philadelphia 76ers’ president of basketball operations Darryl Morey openly calling him a liar.
While Harden has made it clear that he no longer wants to be with the 76ers, the organization decided to end trade talks in August.
Harden has been emphatic in wanting a trade, so the Sixers are setting up an uncomfortable situation to start camp. Ultimately, Philadelphia wouldn’t make a trade that they believed would compromise their title hopes.

Though talks have stalled, they may pick up more steam over the next few months as Harden was spotted in Houston with a sign again calling Morey a liar. With the relationship seemingly on the rocks, expect Harden’s name to once again come up in trade talks throughout the season.
