Cross Country to compete at Battle in Beantown

Orono, Maine — The University of Maine men’s and women’s cross country teams return to action on Friday, Sept. 29 when they travel to compete in the Battle in Beantown. The meet, hosted by Boston College, will take place at Franklin Park. The women’s 5k will begin at noon followed by the men’s 8k at 12:30 p.m. The women will compete against 16 other schools at the meeet while the men will square off with 15 other programs.
