1. Fran Tarkenton (1961-1978)

There’s no question that Tarkenton is the best Vikings quarterback of all time. He has the most wins (91), passing yards (33,098), passing touchdowns (239) and fourth-quarter comebacks (19) in franchise history. Tarkenton is also the only QB to lead the Vikings to multiple Super Bowl appearances and was way ahead of his time with an innate ability to scramble and move the chains with his legs.
