Redhawks Fall to Daemen
AMHERST, N.Y. – The Roberts Wesleyan women’s volleyball team fell to conference-leading Daemen on Wednesday evening, 3-0. Freshman Camryn Karelus had a career-high nine kills and three digs. The Redhawks put up a fight in the third set to push extra points. Roberts held the lead for most of the set and took a four point lead at 11-7. The Redhawks carried the lead and got to set point first, but the Wildcats scored three of the last four points to win the set 27-25. Roberts (4-8, 1-2 ECC) will play D’Youville on Saturday at noon on the road.
