Bison Claim 22nd at Chili Pepper Festival

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The Oklahoma Baptist men’s cross country team ran at the Division 1-heavy Chili Pepper Festival hosted by the University of Arkansas on Friday. OBU finished in 22nd place with Maxamillian Wheeler leading the charge for the green and gold. The senior crossed the finish line of the 8K race in 25:21.2, good for 50th place. Freshman Emory Crayton delivered the Bison’s next-best mark. His time of 26:29.2 slotted him in 125th place.
