Boys soccer beats Upper Darby 3-0

By Kevin Li and Benjamin Wang, Staff Reporters The boys’ varsity soccer team defeated Upper Darby 3-0 on Thursday, maintaining a lead the whole game. The game started off with a goal by senior Ryan Zellefrow, establishing a strong offense and pressure on Upper Darby from the beginning. In the second half, junior Michael Bedwick and senior Aria Azad each scored one goal. The Pioneers’ strong defense prevailed to the end of the game, saving many close calls and ultimately winning the game 3-0. They play their next game against Parkland on Saturday, Sept. 30.
