Mountaineers Head to Louisville for Saturday’s Live in Lou Cross Country Classic

BOONE, N.C. – The App State men’s and women’s cross country teams are set to compete in the Live in Lou Cross Country Classic on Sept. 30 in Louisville, Ky. The men’s gold 8K race is set for 9:30 a.m. with the women’s gold 5K race to follow at 10:15 a.m. The meet will be available to stream on FloTrack. Last Time Out App State hosted the Covered Bridge Open on Sept. 15. The men’s team finished second with 51 points, while the women finished fourth with 127 points.
