Ruiz Earns Top 25 Finish At Gans Creek Classic

The Murray State men’s cross country team competed at the Gans Creek Classic in Columbia, Missouri on Friday, finishing in 17th out of 20 competing teams. Jorge Ruiz led the way for the Racers, finishing 23rd with a time of 24:43.7. He was just over 10 seconds away from the top 10 finishers. His finish marks the 16th time he has finished in the top 25 at a cross country event.
