Durango, Colorado – The New Mexico Highlands soccer team dropped a 6-0 decision to Fort Lewis College Saturday evening in Durango. The Cowgirls fall to 0-6-1 overall and 0-3-0 in Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference play. Fort Lewis is now 5-0-3 overall and 1-0-1 in conference action. Fort Lewis jumped out to a 4-0 lead at the half and added a pair of second half goals to secure the win in a match that was played under the lights at Dirks Field.
