Three Register PRs at FSU Invite
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. | Florida A&M women’s cross country competed in the FSU Invite Friday (Sept. 29), where three Rattlers clocked the fastest 5K of their collegiate careers. Niya Coleman registered the highest finish for the second time in as many meets with a PR of 20:04.1; the points helped guide FAMU to 25th place (ahead of 10 other teams). Coleman, Serenity Williams (20.51.9), and Alesia Douglas (21:07.4) were the Rattlers’ top performers on the day. Jourdan Garnett (21.25.1) also joined Coleman and Douglas in posting a college best.
