Valdosta State Continues to Build with Strong Showing in Tallahassee

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The Valdosta State men’s and women’s cross country team finished their second event of the 2023 season on Friday morning at the beautiful Apalachee Park in Tallahassee, Fla. The men’s team finished 18th out of 31 schools and the women’s finished 21st out of 35 schools with teams competing from DI, DII, DIII, and NAIA. Graduate student Logan Kraus once again led the way for the Blazer men’s cross country team, clocking in at 25:43.4 on the 8K, which was good for 44th place overall.
