Billikens Sweep Dual Meet with UMSL

LOUIS – Saint Louis competitors won eight women’s events and seven men’s events as the Billikens swept a dual meet with Missouri-St. Louis Saturday afternoon at Simon Recreation Center. The Billiken women defeated UMSL 145-73, while the Billiken men prevailed 131.5-86.5. Elena Escalante led the women’s team with two individual victories and a spot on a victorious relay team. Escalante won the 50 free (24.99) and 100 free (53.68) and joined Karis Reynaga, Carly McKeon and Emily Leonard on the winning 400 free relay squad (3:34.77).
