Rockford Falls to Marian 2-0
LOVES PARK, Ill. – The Rockford University women’s soccer team fell to the visiting Marian Sabres 2-0 in a Saturday afternoon NACC matchup at Wedgbury Stadium. The Sabres were in complete control of the match leading in shots (27-3), shots on goal (15-1), and corner kicks (5-1). The Regents did however lead the match in saves (12-1), but were not able to overcome the Sabres, dropping the match 2-0.
