Prairie View A&M grabs 2-1 victory against Alcorn

PRAIRIE VIEW, Texas — Prairie View grabbed a 2-1 win against Alcorn Sunday (Oct. 1) at home at Lady Panther Soccer Field. The win improved Prairie View’s record to 2-8-0 overall and 2-2-0 in SWAC play. How it Happened Prairie View opened the scoring when Mya Sheridan recorded her second goal of the season in the 13th minute, assisted by Kamara Bradley. The Lady Braves responded to tie it on a goal from Samara Nunn in the 42nd minute, assisted by Jaidyn Matheu.
