FDU Finishes 12th at UConn Invitational at GreatHorse

HAMPDEN, M.A.- FDU (+57) finished 12th of 13 teams at the UConn Invitational at GreatHorse in a three-round event that concluded Tuesday afternoon. Pyae Phyo Thu (+2) paced the Knights finishing tied for 8th among 78 golfers. UConn (+4) won the team event and Connor Goode (-1), a Huskie himself, was crowned the individual winner. FDU posted a 303 in the opening round of the Invitational, which placed them in a tie for 9th at the end of day one.
