Women’s Soccer Shows Offensive Pressure; Unable to Beat the Knights

HOW IT HAPPENED A late goal for the Wartburg Knights gave them the win on Wednesday night against Nebraska Wesleyan, 3-2. The Prairie Wolves’ offense came out strong in the first period. Freshman Averie Hike was the first to score, giving the P-Wolves an early lead, 1-0. Both teams showed strong performances on both side of the field throughout the rest of the first period and into the second period.
