Women’s Tennis: Hawks Fly to Victory Over In-State Rival Salve Regina
NEWPORT, R.I. – The Roger Williams University women’s tennis team picked up an 8-1 victory over in-state rival Salve Regina on Wednesday at the Antone Academic Center. In doubles play, Kate Hardy (Southington, Conn.) and Ella Mancini (Middlebury, Conn.) paired for a No. 3 doubles win, 8-2, and Gianna Ferraro (Westerly, R.I.) and Alessia Cahoon (Dedham, Mass.) earned another point at No. 1 doubles, winning their match 8-3.
