PENA, MERCADO LEAD RAMAPO AT METS CHAMPIONSHIPS

Newark, NJ: The Ramapo College men’s cross country team competed at the METS Championships hosted by New Jersey Institute of Technology at Branch Brook Park. The Roadrunners finished 6th overall in a field of nine teams where they were one of two NCAA Division III teams competing, the rest of the field were NCAA DI teams. Ryan Pena led the Roadrunners with a new personal best time of 25:44.9 as he finished 8th overall and first for the team. For his efforts on the course today Pena was named First Team All-MET.
