Vikings’ Lockhart shines in rout

ELIZABETH CITY, NC- The Elizabeth City State Vikings football team (1-5, 0-4 CIAA) would host the Virginia Union Panthers (5-1, 3-1 CIAA) at Roebuck Stadium.
