Vulcans place second at Carnegie Mellon
Results PITTSBURGH (Oct. 7) – In the final preparation before championship races, California (PA) senior Noah Bernarding and sophomore Jonathan Thrush both registered top-five individual finishes at the Carnegie Mellon Invitational on Saturday afternoon. TEAM NOTES • The Vulcans placed second at the event with 83 points while featuring four top-25 runners • The host Tartans cruised to the team title with 41 points after boasting four of the top-10 runners. • Point Park finished third in the standings with 92 points at the event, which featured entries from 14 teams.
