WOMEN’S CROSS COUNTRY SET PERSONAL BESTS AT METS CHAMPIONSHIPS

Newark, NJ: The Ramapo College women’s cross country team competed at the METS Championships hosted by New Jersey Institute of Technology at Branch Brook Park. The Roadrunners finished 7th overall in a field of ten teams where they were one of two NCAA Division III teams competing, the rest of the field were NCAA DI teams. Dale Leonard led the Roadrunners and grabbed a top ten finish. She finished first for the Roadrunners when she clocked in the 5k race where she set a new personal best in 18:09.30.
