Women’s Cross Country Takes 5th at DeSales Invite

Final Results CENTER VALLEY, PA | The Rutgers University-Newark women’s cross country sqaud finished 5th at the DeSales Invitational on Saturday morning. Morgan Marckres topped the Scarlet Raiders with a finish of 15th (25:29.8) while Stevie Tate took 33rd (27:43.3). Emma Lipsky-Portales finished 49th (30:55.6) and Sara Jaquez crossed in 52nd (31:17.5). Chidimma Igwe (54th, 31:24.6), Tara Vera (55th, 31:24.9) and Precious Kamara (56th, 31:28.8) rounded out the scoring for the Scarlet Raiders.
