Escalante Named A-10 co-Performer of the Week

NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – Saint Louis senior Elena Escalante has been selected Atlantic 10 Conference women’s swimming and diving co-Performer of the Week, the league office announced Tuesday. Escalante began the season as a member of SLU’s runner-up 400 free relay team (3:35.39) at the Butler Duals. In a dual-meet victory over Missouri-St. Louis, she won the 50 free (24.99) and 100 free (53.68) and was a member of the Billikens’ victorious 400 free relay team (3:34.77).
