Espinoza & Maynor Lead Women’s Volleyball in Loss to Rutgers-Camden
NEWARK, NJ | The Rutgers University-Newark women’s volleyball squad suffered a New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) loss to Rutgers University-Camden on Tuesday night, 3-0 (25-16, 25-11, 25-11). Rutgers-Newark (9-8, 1-3) was led by Mia Espinoza and Kaiel Maynor as they both tallied seven kills. Espinoza hit a team-high .250 and added a block while Angelyse Orellana picked up 14 assists. Rutgers-Camden (11-8, 3-2) tallied 15 blocks as a team and were led by Dyamond Free’s 10 kills.
