Volleyball Drops Road Match to Alvernia

READING, Pa. – The Albright women’s volleyball team (13-6, 0-4 MAC Commonwealth) went on the road on Tuesday (Oct. 10) evening squaring off against cross town rival Alvernia (9-5, 2-2 MAC Commonwealth) in a MAC Commonwealth showdown. The Golden Wolves took the match 3-1 over the Lions. The first set went to overtime in a back and fourth set to open the match. The Golden Wolves wound up winning the opening set 30-28.
