Lewis Women’s Cross Country Ascends to No. 8 in USTFCCCA Poll

ROMEOVILLE, Ill. – The US Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association has ranked the Lewis women’s cross country team at No. 8 in NCAA Division-II and No. 2 in the Midwest Region this week. The ranking represents an 8-place jump from the Flyers’ No. 16 ranking a week ago after an impressive third-place finish at the Lewis Crossover Invite, behind only No. 3 Colorado School of Mines and No. 1 Grand Valley State, and ahead of several other ranked programs.
