Inside Deion Sanders’ $4 million Colorado home

BOULDER, Colo. (BVM) – Colorado Buffaloes head football coach Deion Sanders lives in a 6,457 square-foot mansion that sits on roughly 2.5 acres of land in Longmont, Co. The home was on the market for $3.97 million, but it’s unclear exactly how much Sanders purchased it for, according to Realtor.com.

Coach Prime previously showcased the views from his Colorado house and gave some details about the interior of his home – which can be viewed in the two videos shown below.

Sanders’ four-bedroom house features a view of the Colorado mountains and a 100-year-old private lake that’s great for fishing. A viral TikTok account called “Coaches Cribs” collected photos of Coach Prime’s Colorado mansion, which can be viewed below.

Sanders is no stranger to luxury homes. One of the last places he lived in was a 42-acre farmhouse in Canton, Mississippi – which he put up for sale for $1.5 million after departing from Jackson State’s head coaching position.

Notably, Sanders’ children don’t live in the Colorado family mansion. Shilo, Shedeur and Shelomi Sanders all went house hunting for their own place when they landed in Boulder, Co.

“The houses up here is through the roof – up there,” Shilo Sanders said while house-hunting in January 2023. “For what you get here (in Colorado) versus in Texas, you be living like a king in Texas with these prices out here.”

Deion – whose total pay for his first year of coaching at the University of Colorado equals $5.5 million according to USA Today – couldn’t agree more about the expensive home price in Colorado.

“I’ll tell you what, it’s expensive because we’re house hunting right now and I’m looking for a sale,” Deion told Kayce Smith for Barstool Sports before officially moving to Colorado. “It is expensive. I’m about to hook two trailers up and put them beside each other and cut out the wall.”
