Panthers Fall at Maritime in Four Sets

THROGGS NECK, N.Y. – The Purchase College women’s volleyball team suffered a defeat Thursday night, falling to Maritime College in four sets. Scores for the contest were 24-26, 25-18, 25-14 and 25-13. With the result, the Panthers moved to 4-13 overall and 2-6 in the Skyline Conference. For the Privateers, they jumped to 6-10 and 3-4, respectively. The night started out well for the Blue and Orange, as they rallied from behind to take the opening set.
