Women’s Soccer Draws with Saint Francis U as Regular Season Winds Down

BROOKVILLE, N.Y. — The LIU women’s soccer team outshot Saint Francis U, but the teams played to a 0-0 draw on Thursday afternoon at LIU Soccer Park. The Sharks now sit at 2-4-1 in the Northeast Conference with three regular-season matches remaining: Sunday at Hoard, then Oct. 22 at Delaware State and Oct. 26 hosting Merrimack. Against the Red Flash, LIU led in shots (14-8) and shots on goal (7-5).
