Patrick Taylor, Chalmette, St. Martin’s among Thursday winners

Patrick Taylor mounted a comeback with four consecutive touchdowns in the second half and defeated Sophie B. Wright 34-20 in a District 9-3A game Friday at Muss Bertolino Stadium in Kenner. Ethna Tran rushed for two touchdowns in the second half, his second score putting Taylor (7-1, 1-1) ahead 27-20. Bryce Boutte and Logan Rodgers scored the other rushing touchdowns in the second half.
