Volleyball Sweeps Day 1 of Midwest Crossover

By: David McFeely, Director of Media Relations Hammond, Ind. – The SBU volleyball team took a break from conference action today as they competed in day one of the Midwest Region Volleyball Crossover Tournament. The Bearcats took on Thomas More in their opening game. It was a clean 3-0 sweep over the Saints moving SBU to 9-10 on the season. The Bearcats won every set by either six or five points, not allowing the Saints a chance to win a set.
