GENEVA, N.Y. – The Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) women’s soccer team was held scoreless through 90 minutes of play Friday afternoon, as they were defeated at William Smith College by a 3-0 final. The Herons scored first in the fifth minute, as Ava Ruppersberger found the back of the net on a feed from Seneca Blakely-Armitage to give William Smith an early 1-0 lead.
