John Goolsby, Prep Sports Editor PINSON – Center Point improved to 7-1 and 4-1 in region play (Pell City’s win over Center Point was forfeited) on the year with a 32-19 region win over Pinson Valley (2-5, 1-3). Deon Moore continues to put up big numbers for the Eagles. Friday night he threw for 288 yards and three touchdowns. Pinson started the scoring off with a Darius Hunter 66-yard interception return for a touchdown. Moore then hit Antonio Garfield for a 38-yard touchdown.
