GENESEO, N.Y.—SUNY Geneseo (7-5-3, 3-3-1 SUNYAC) defeated the SUNY Potsdam men’s soccer team (3-10-1, 0-9) 4-1 in a SUNYAC contest on Saturday afternoon. Senior captain Zach Saddlemire (Gansevoort, N.Y./Schuylerville) scored for the Bears. Geneseo pressed Potsdam from the opening kick. Bears senior goalkeeper Lucas Schiel (Bremen, Germany/Colegio Humboldt) made four stops, but the Knights broke through. At 12:11, Stefen Nikolic finished a feed from Vasion Sinjari to make it 1-0.
