Shaw clinches district; East St. John, St. Charles among Friday winners
Shaw rushed for 299 yards and scored all six touchdowns on the ground on the way to defeating Belle Chasse 41-15 in a District 10-4A clinching victory Friday at Shaw’s Joe Zimmerman Stadium. Senior Jasper Parker rushed 14 times for 137 yards and a touchdown as Shaw (5-2, 2-0) ran its winning streak to five games.
