Soccer Plays to Draw with UPJ

Edinboro, Pa. – The Edinboro women’s soccer team peppered the goal with shots but played to a 1-1 tie with Pitt-Johnstown Saturday afternoon at Sox Harrison Stadium. The Fighting Scots got on the board first when Jillian Ball chipped a long shot from 30 yards out into the upper right-hand corner in the 20th minute. UPJ answered early in the second half when Haley Neidig headed home a Jessica Susz free kick to knot the score in the 54th minute.
