Viere & Munson lead Falcons at UWL’s Drews/Neubauer Invite
WEST SALEM, Wis. – The UW-River Falls men’s and women’s cross country teams competed at the Jim Drews/Tori Neubauer Invitational on Saturday, Oct. 14, hosted by the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Laina Viere from the UWRF Women’s team highlighted the Falcons’ women performance as she clocked a 23:55.0. Viere finished 29th of 297 women’s varsity runners. The Falcon women tallied 353 points with an average time of 25:04.4 to finish 13th of 20 teams. Logan Munson led the UWRF Men to a 18th place finish of 27 teams with a season-best 8k time of 26:56.6.
