Grinnell women’s golf team gets off to great start at Golfweek event

SANDESTIN, Fla. – Competing against some of the top NCAA Division III teams in the nation, Grinnell College’s women’s golf squad posted an impressive performance Sunday. The Pioneers shot a 304 at Baytowne Golf Club to grab fifth place in the 24-team field at the 2023 Golfweek October Classic. Kavya Keshav ’26 and Meilin Hoshino ’27 led Grinnell’s impressive charge, both sitting in the top 10 among 120 individuals.
