Tristram and Veser Score Late to Tie Falcons in Women’s Soccer Matchup

ELKINS, W.Va. — Davis & Elkins erased a 2-0 Fairmont State lead late in its Homecoming matchup to knot the game at two goals apiece. The contest ended in a 2-2 tie in Saturday afternoon MEC women’s soccer play. Fairmont State jumped out to a quick 1-0 lead when Serenity Thomas scored in the twelfth minute off an Isabella Maldonado assist.
