WESTERVILLE, Ohio – Otterbein University junior kicker/punter Carson Blank has been voted the latest Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) Special Teams Player of the Week, announced Monday afternoon by the league office. Blank (Columbus/Bishop Watterson) averaged 39.1 yards across nine punt attempts over the weekend at Heidelberg, including a long of 52 and three of those rips landing inside the 20-yard line. His efforts helped put the defense in some good positions on the field, including one early in the second quarter that resulted in Heidelberg being pinned inside its own five-yard line.
